Our Regular Activity Groups
Walking is fantastic, not only for exercise but also for stimulation, social engagement & reminiscence. We welcome anyone living with dementia and their caregivers to join us for a walk around Romsey followed by hot drinks & biscuits. Our walks are lead by our trained health walk leaders.

Music to unlock memories
Music is an essential part of reminiscenece for people living with memory problems. Music can awaken such strong memories & emotions in all of us. Andrew Knights is a fantastic musician & has such a special way of interacting with attendees. This group is open to anyone living with dementia & caregivers. It is run by the Alzheimer's Society who offer a wide range of information and advice for those who attend also.

Arts & Crafts
Who doesn't love making things? This session is run by the Greenbuttercup CIC. They run a wonderfully engaging session for people with dementia and their caregivers to let their artistic side free. The first session is free to attend and just £3 thereafter.

One key enjoyment in life is remaining active and healthy. This does not stop as we get older, or with a diganosis of memory problems. Our table tennis group vary in abilities but very welcoming of new members. Only £1 per session.
